Mazdoor Seva Charitable Trust (“we”) collects personal data only to register you as a member, take the membership fee, issue your membership card and contact you about your membership. This notice is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

मज़दूर सेवा चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट (“हम”) आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा केवल आपको सदस्य के रूप में पंजीकृत करने, सदस्यता शुल्क लेने, सदस्यता कार्ड जारी करने और सदस्यता के बारे में संपर्क करने के लिए लेता है। यह सूचना डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2023 के अनुरूप लिखी गई है।

Your name and mobile number; your email and address if you choose to give them; the record of your consent (date, time, version of the text and IP address); and payment references from Razorpay (order ID, payment ID and status). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

आपका नाम और मोबाइल नंबर; यदि आप दें तो ईमेल और पता; आपकी सहमति का रिकॉर्ड (दिनांक, समय, पाठ का संस्करण और IP पता); और Razorpay से भुगतान संदर्भ (ऑर्डर आईडी, भुगतान आईडी और स्थिति)। हम आपके कार्ड, UPI या बैंक का विवरण कभी नहीं देखते या रखते।

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the membership: Razorpay (payment processing), our WhatsApp Business messaging provider (to send your card and payment messages) and Amazon Web Services (secure hosting in India).

Your personal data is kept until you ask us to erase it or the trust removes it. Payment and accounting records (amounts, payment references, dates) are kept for as long as the law requires for our accounts, without your personal details once you have asked for erasure.

आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा तब तक रखा जाता है जब तक आप उसे हटाने को न कहें या ट्रस्ट उसे न हटा दे। भुगतान और लेखा रिकॉर्ड (राशि, भुगतान संदर्भ, दिनांक) हमारे खातों के लिए कानूनन आवश्यक अवधि तक रखे जाते हैं — हटाने के अनुरोध के बाद आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी के बिना।

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Contact our Grievance Officer using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

आप हमारे पास मौजूद अपना डेटा देखने, उसे सुधरवाने, हटवाने, अपनी सहमति वापस लेने और शिकायत दर्ज करने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। नीचे दिए गए विवरण से हमारे शिकायत अधिकारी से संपर्क करें। हम उचित समय में उत्तर देंगे। यदि आप संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, तो आप भारतीय डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड में शिकायत कर सकते हैं।

Membership sign-up on this website is only for people aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect data from children without verifiable parental consent.
